We had the opportunity to demonstrate our judo at the Bunnings Community Fun Day, Mt Wellington.

Sensei Lawrie, Matthew and Alyosha performed a great demonstration of throws, holds and everything else judo has to offer!! And joined with Michael, allowed the public to come on to the matt and give it a go.

Michael and Laura also handed out flyers to the public.
